Program I created

This 10-week, online group combines evidence-based CBT with kundalini and ashtanga-vinyasa (e.g., some relevant philosophical concepts, breath/energy control, somatic awareness, posture practice, concentration, guided reflections, mindfulness and meditation, as well as, relaxation) to help individuals cope with worry, nervousness, related physical symptoms, and also, to cultivate compassion, values-guided action, and personal mastery.

Supervision - Training of students and/or other mental health workers who are currently part of my private practice as a step toward becoming official members of a Canadian regulatory body.

Consultation - Discussion and guidance provided to those requesting it to bolster their own psychotherapy work with clients.

Retreats - 1 to 4 hour, day-time unions in community involving meditation and other healing practices geared toward inner renewal and nourishment.

I am committed to learning, growing and continuously trying to improve, and as such, attend educational lectures, peer consultations, take part in ongoing supervision, trainings, and workshops to further my expertise in the field, on a consistent basis.

Languages

English (Mother tongue) and French (Bilingual proficiency). NOTE: Since all of my graduate and clinical training was provided in English, at this time I only provided services in this language.

Cost of sessions

My professional fees are set at $235, per 50-minute appointment. Requested medical notes, assessment reports, completion of relevant documentations is typically charged by my hourly rate. Payment is due at the time of service. 

A receipt will be emailed to you following the session which, if relevant, you may submit to your health insurance company.

Please be sure to verify the latter to ensure that you are aware of what is covered. 

As accessibility is a core value of mine, I regularly offer sliding scale options to some who are most in need. I am also proud to be a Non-insured health benefits for First Nations and Inuit (NIHB) provider.
